INTERACTION DESIGN // USER RESEARCH // STRATEGY
This project was completed during my summer internship in 2014 along with a team of other interns. Our challenge was to create a full digital campaign to help Netflix build their market share in 'Middle America.' A main challenge early on was to determine just what 'Middle America' even is, but by narrowing in on a target of Millennial 'connection cravers,' we were able to take a clear point of view and begin to understand this particular user group. My main contribution was to design the UX for our concept, a second-screen viewing app designed to reframe Netflix watching from a solo experience to a true, in-person social event.
