What I did over my winter vacation
I made some more furniture! I got my hands on some reclaimed oak and designed these shelves to hold my speakers and some LP's. I caught the vinyl bug in the process of doing my research project on peoples' music listening habits, and I was helped along in my collection by inheriting a little over a hundred albums from my parents. I also upgraded my stereo system, but my speakers sat on bar stools for far too long and I needed a more permanent solution. I started with a rhino model and made a few changes to the final design as I went. This was a fun project to take advantage of the excellent woodshop that I have at my disposal while I'm in school, and I'm very happy about how it all turned out!
